Sintra AI pricing in 2026 is $48.50 for a 1-month plan, $23.60 a month on a 3-month plan and $15.60 a month on a 12-month plan, at the sale prices on Sintra's pricing page on October 12, 2026. The list prices printed next to them are $97, $59 and $52 a month. Every plan, called Sintra X, includes all 12 AI helpers and 250 monthly credits, and a single helper is listed at $39 a month. Web purchases carry a 14 day money-back guarantee, and Sintra's terms say renewals are charged at the then-current rate.

This is for a US small business owner or marketer who is about to buy Sintra, or who is already paying and wants to know what the next renewal costs and whether the credits cover the work. Every figure below comes from Sintra's own pricing page, its workspace credits help article, its refund policy and money-back guarantee pages, and its terms and conditions (last updated April 2, 2026). If you mostly bought Sintra to make ads, the last section compares it with a Sintra AI alternative built for paid ad creative.

Sintra AI pricing plans in 2026

Sintra sells one bundle, Sintra X, on three terms. The pricing page shows each term with a struck-through list price and a sale price. All three include the same features: all 12 helpers, 250 monthly credits, 15+ integrations and 24/7 support.

PlanList priceSale priceDiscount shownCost of the term at sale priceCredits
1-month plan$97 a month$48.50 a month50 percent$48.50250 a month
3-month plan$59 a month$23.60 a month60 percent$70.80250 a month
12-month plan (most popular)$52 a month$15.60 a month70 percent$187.20250 a month
Single helper$39 a monthNot shownNone$39Not stated on the page

The term totals are our arithmetic from the monthly figures on the page. Sintra's own FAQ says "pricing for Sintra AI Employees starts from $48.50/m with Sintra X", which is the 1-month sale price, so the cheaper monthly figures only apply if you commit to 3 or 12 months.

How much does Sintra AI cost per month?

Sintra AI costs between $15.60 and $48.50 a month at the October 2026 sale prices, depending on whether you commit for 12 months, 3 months or 1 month. At list price the same plans are $52, $59 and $97 a month. The price does not change with the number of helpers you use, because every plan includes all 12.

The useful question is what you pay after the first term. Section 10.2.3 of the terms says Sintra "may change the subscription plans and the price of the Services from time to time" and that "renewals will be charged at then current rates, which you acknowledge and agree may be higher or lower than the rates for the original service period." It adds that limited-time offers may have different renewal terms. So budget for the sale price in year one and for the list price as the worst case after that.

What 250 Sintra credits buy

Credits are the real meter. Each workspace gets 250 credits a month, they reset each month, unused ones do not roll over, and they cannot move to another workspace. When a workspace runs out, its helpers stop working until the next cycle or until you buy a top-up. Sintra's help center lists these approximate costs:

ActionCredits
Image created in chat0.5 to 1.8, depending on quality
Social media post created in chat1
Social post made on demand in the Social Media Manager automation0
Message sent to a helper in chat0.1 to 1, more as the thread gets longer
Website scraped in chat0.5
Scheduled task1 to 5 basic, 3 to 10 research, 5 to 20+ complex
15 second UGC videoAbout 40
Website built with Commet15 to 40
Custom AI employee5 to 10 to create

Run the numbers for ad work and the balance gets tight fast. 250 credits buy roughly 139 images at the top quality setting or 500 at the lowest, if nothing else touches the balance. Six 15 second videos use almost all of it. The messages around each image count too, and Sintra itself advises starting a new chat for each task because long threads cost more per message.

Sintra AI free trial and money-back guarantee

Sintra's freemium trial lasts 3 days and comes with a one-time bonus of 50 credits that never refills, even if you start another trial later. The terms say a website trial may ask for payment details and, if it does, converts to a paid plan when it ends unless you cancel first.

Paid plans bought at sintra.ai carry a 14 day money-back guarantee. The rules on the refund policy page:

  • The 14 days start on the transaction date on your receipt. After that, no refund, and Sintra does not prorate.
  • Ask through support with your account email. Sintra says it replies in 1 to 2 business days and returns the money in 5 to 7 business days.
  • An approved refund cancels the subscription and access ends immediately, so export your work first.
  • Credit top-ups, including unused credits, are non-refundable.
  • Plans bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow those stores' refund rules, not Sintra's.
  • The guarantee covers paid subscriptions, not trial offers.

Credit top-ups and how they change your bill

Top-ups are sold as plans, not one-off packs. You add one in Usage and Billing under workspace settings, it raises your monthly credit limit, and your next renewal includes both the workspace plan and the top-up. You can change or drop the top-up later, but what you have paid for one is final. The pricing page does not print top-up prices; you see them inside the app.

What a year of Sintra really costs

ScenarioFirst 12 months
12-month plan at the sale price$187.20
3-month plan at the sale price, renewed at the same price 3 times$283.20
1-month plan at the sale price for 12 months$582
12-month plan at the list price$624
1-month plan at the list price for 12 months$1,164

The second and third rows assume the sale price holds for every renewal, which the terms do not promise. Add top-ups if your team regularly runs out of credits.

Is Sintra AI worth it for ads?

Sintra is good value if you use several helpers every week: Cassie on customer emails, Seomi on SEO, Soshie on organic posts, Dexter on reports. At $15.60 a month for a year it is cheaper than almost any single tool it replaces. If your team happens to want individual agents rather than a fixed bundle of twelve, you can also browse ready-made AI agents by category and pay only for the ones you run.

It is a weaker fit if the reason you pay is paid advertising. Images come out one request at a time in a chat, they share a balance with every other helper, and nothing in the workflow produces a set of ads sized for Meta Feed, Stories and Reels, Google display, TikTok and LinkedIn at once. That is the job AdsCreator does. Paste a product URL and one generation returns the headlines, primary text, on-brand images and every placement size, on Starter at $49 a month or $24 a month billed yearly ($288 a year) with 12 ad generations, or Growth at $99 a month or $49 billed yearly with 600. At Sintra's sale price we cost more for a year; at its list price we cost less, and you are not counting credits per revision.

How to keep your Sintra bill down

  1. Write down the renewal date the day you buy. The sale is for the first term, and the terms allow a different price at renewal.
  2. Start a new chat for each task. Sintra's own help article says long threads cost more credits per message.
  3. Use the automations for social posts. A post made on demand in the Social Media Manager automation costs 0 credits, against 1 credit in chat.
  4. Decide inside 14 days. After that the money-back guarantee is gone and there are no prorated refunds.
  5. Split organic and paid if ads are the priority. A general assistant for daily tasks and a flat ad tool for paid campaigns can cost less than topping up credits every month.

The short version

Sintra costs $48.50, $23.60 or $15.60 a month on sale and $97, $59 or $52 at list, for all 12 helpers and 250 credits a month, with a 3 day trial, a 14 day money-back guarantee on web purchases and renewals at whatever the price is then. If you use many helpers, it is a cheap bundle.
