This Privacy Policy explains how Adscreator ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and product. We aim to handle your content the way an ad creative tool should: minimally, transparently, never touching your ad accounts, and without ever training models on your content.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and basic account details so we can set up and communicate about your account.
• What you submit to generate ads. To create your ad set, you give Adscreator a product URL or a one-line description, and optionally brand details such as a logo, colors, or product images. We store what you submit securely and use it only to generate the copy, headlines, and images you ask for.
• The creative we generate. To return a complete ad set, the product generates ad copy, headlines, and on-brand images in every placement size and returns them to you. You export and launch the ads yourself. We never connect to or touch your ad accounts.
• Usage data. We collect standard logs and analytics about how the website and product are used, including IP address and device information, to operate and secure the service.
• Contact messages. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and follow up.

We never touch your ad accounts

Adscreator generates creative for you to download and launch yourself. It never connects to, logs into, or posts to your Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest ad accounts. You stay in control: you review every variant, you export it, and you launch it on your own terms. Everything you submit is encrypted in transit.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, generate the ad copy and images you ask for, return your variants and placements, communicate with you, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content, prompts, or generated creative to train AI models, ours or anyone else\'s.

We never train on your content

What you submit, the brand assets you upload, and the ad copy and images Adscreator generates are not used to train any model. They are used only to create the ad set you asked for and to deliver it to you.

How we protect information

Data is encrypted in transit. Internal access is least-privilege and audited. We retain only what we need to run the service and respond to you, and you can request deletion of your account data.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share information only with the subprocessors needed to run the service (such as hosting and email delivery), under contract. A current subprocessor list and a Data Processing Addendum are available on request.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise them.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. The product info and brand assets you submit are kept until you remove them or close your account. Contact records are kept as long as needed to support you.
