These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adscreator website and product. By using Adscreator, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

Adscreator is an AI ad generator that turns a product URL or a one-line description into a complete ad set: ad copy, headlines, on-brand images, and every placement size for platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, with multiple variants to A/B test. Adscreator does not launch ads and never connects to or touches your ad accounts. You export the creative and launch it yourself. You are responsible for using the service lawfully.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content and brand assets

You are responsible for the product information, brand assets, logos, images, and other materials you submit to Adscreator. You confirm you have the rights to submit each item and to use it in advertising, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else\'s rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use Adscreator to break the law, infringe others\' rights, submit content you are not authorized to use, generate deceptive or prohibited advertising, attempt to compromise the service or other customers, or circumvent its security controls. We may suspend access for violations.

Review your creative and platform policies

Adscreator generates a first draft of ad copy and images, but you are responsible for reviewing every variant before you run it as an ad. You must confirm the creative is accurate, on-brand, and compliant with the advertising policies of each platform you launch on, such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. The service is a fast creative assistant, not a substitute for your own review of what you publish.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing on our pricing page. Every plan is paid and there is no permanent free option. Fees are stated in USD. Specific commercial terms may be set out in an order form or agreement for higher tiers.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and performant, with service levels for applicable plans. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Adscreator never connects to your ad accounts, encrypts what you submit in transit, and never trains models on your content.

Intellectual property

Adscreator and its software, content, and trademarks are owned by us. The product info and brand assets you submit, and the ad creative generated for you, remain yours. We grant you a limited right to use the service under these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version here with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
