Creatopy pricing in 2026 is $39 a month for Pro billed monthly or $29 a month billed annually, $99 or $79 a month for Ultra, and $59 or $49 per seat a month for Team, according to the pricing page of The Brief, the new name for Creatopy, on October 13, 2026. Enterprise is quoted by sales on a usage based contract. Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial and no credit card, there are no credits any more, and the terms say fees paid are non-refundable and plans renew automatically at the then-current fee.

This is for a US marketer, founder or agency owner who is about to buy Creatopy, or who already pays for it and wants to know what the next renewal costs and whether a cheaper plan does the job. Every figure below comes from thebrief.ai/pricing, The Brief Terms of Use and Business Subscription Terms (both updated October 1, 2025) and The Brief's own December 2024 pricing article. If you mostly use Creatopy to make static social and display ads, the last section compares it with a Creatopy alternative that builds ads from a product URL.

Creatopy pricing per plan in 2026

Creatopy has four plans: Pro and Ultra for one person, Team for 2 to 10 people, and Enterprise for larger organizations. Annual billing saves about 26 percent on Pro, 20 percent on Ultra and 17 percent on Team. The creatopy.com pricing address now redirects to thebrief.ai/pricing, so that is the page to check before you budget.

An Agency Package sits on top of Team or Enterprise for agencies running several client brands. It adds brand kits per client, white label exports, branded share links and per client billing, and it is quoted, not listed.

What each Creatopy plan includes

Every plan includes the same Ad Studio and Canvas editor, more than 5,000 templates, Photoshop and Figma import, the AI tools for image, video, copy and resizing, and export to JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, HTML5, MP4, PDF and AMP. The plans differ in capacity, seats, publishing and ad serving.

The line most buyers miss is publishing. Pro lets you design and export, but publishing straight to Meta and Google Ads and serving ads on more than 25 networks start at Ultra. If you planned to push ads from Creatopy into your ad accounts, budget for $79 a month billed annually, not $29.

Is Creatopy free?

No. Creatopy has no free plan on its current pricing page. It has a 7 day free trial that needs no credit card and includes the full toolset, and after that Pro costs $39 a month billed monthly or $29 a month billed annually. Because the terms say fees paid are non-refundable, the trial is the time to decide, not the first billing cycle.

What happened to Creatopy credits?

They are gone. Creatopy used to meter work in export credits and AI credits. The Brief's own pricing article from December 2024 described Pro with one seat, 3 brand kits, 100 export credits, 100 AI credits and 30,000 ad impressions a month, and Plus with 3 seats, 6 brand kits, 500 export credits, 300 AI credits and 100,000 impressions. The current pricing page says no credits and no counters: AI generation and exports are included for normal use, under a fair usage policy, and The Brief says it will reach out before any limit rather than stop you.

For a designer who exports a lot, that is good news. The trade-off is that the plan no longer states a number. Fair usage is decided by the vendor, so if you need to know in advance how many finished ads a month you can count on, you will not find that figure on the pricing page.

Old Creatopy prices you will still see online

Review and pricing aggregator pages still list older Creatopy rate cards, including per editor prices for plans called Create and Automate. Those plans no longer appear on the pricing page. If a comparison quotes a plan name other than Pro, Ultra, Team or Enterprise, it is out of date.

Creatopy refunds, cancellation and auto renewal

Three rules in The Brief terms matter before you pay.

  • Fees are non-refundable. The Terms of Use say payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable, unless the terms say otherwise.
  • Plans renew at the then-current fee. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically for the same term at whatever the fee is on the renewal date, unless you cancel before the term ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.
  • Downgrades wait for the next term. A downgrade starts at the beginning of the next term, with no refund or partial credit for unused time.

Business plans carry one more rule. The Business Subscription Terms say a plan renews unless you cancel or give written notice at least 45 days before the end of the current term. On an annual Team plan that is the date to diary, not the renewal date itself. If your team already tracks vendor agreements in contract management software that flags renewal and notice dates, add The Brief there with the 45 day window, not the renewal day.

What Creatopy really costs in a year

Software cost only, ad spend excluded, on prices shown on October 13, 2026.

SetupMonthly billing for 12 monthsAnnual billingDifference
Pro, one designer$468$348$120
Ultra, one heavy user$1,188$948$240
Team, 3 seats$2,124$1,764$360
Team, 5 seats$3,540$2,940$600

The monthly column assumes the price stays the same for all 12 months, which the terms do not promise. Team pricing scales straight with seats, so a fourth or fifth person costs as much as the first.

Is Creatopy worth it?

Creatopy is worth it for teams that design ads by hand and need what only a design and ad serving platform offers: animated and HTML5 banners for programmatic buys, ad serving, product feeds, and on Team the shared brand systems and co-editing. For a designer who wants unlimited designs, Pro at $29 a month billed annually is good value.

It is weaker value for a marketer without a designer whose output is mostly static ads for Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn. Creatopy still needs a person to pick a template, write the copy, place the product and check each size. In that case the cost that matters is the hours, not the subscription.

Creatopy pricing next to a flat ad creative tool

Tool and planPrice billed annuallyPrice billed monthlyWhat you get
Creatopy Pro$29 a month$39 a monthEditor, templates and AI tools for one designer, no publishing
Creatopy Ultra$79 a month$99 a monthAdds publishing, ad serving and AI Translate
AdsCreator Starter$24 a month$49 a month12 ad generations a month, each with copy, images and every placement size
AdsCreator Growth$49 a month$99 a month14 ad generations a month, brand kit and priority generation

The two products answer different questions. Creatopy is a place to design. AdsCreator writes the copy and produces the images in every size from a product URL, so nobody has to design. It makes static images and copy only, with no animation, HTML5, video or ad serving, so if those are most of your work, Creatopy or another creative management platform fits better.

How to pick the right Creatopy plan

  1. Count who designs. One designer means Pro or Ultra. Two or more people who edit the same files means Team.
  2. Decide where ads get published. If you export and upload yourself, Pro is enough. If you want to publish to Meta and Google Ads or serve ads from Creatopy, you need Ultra or Team.
  3. Check the formats. If you need animated HTML5 or video, Creatopy covers it. If it is all static, compare a generator first.
  4. Write down the notice date. On a business plan, the 45 day notice window decides when you can leave.

The short version

Creatopy, now The Brief, costs $39 or $29 a month for Pro, $99 or $79 for Ultra and $59 or $49 per seat for Team, monthly or annual, with a 7 day trial, no credits, non-refundable fees and automatic renewal at the then-current fee. If you design by hand and need animation or ad serving, it is a fair price. If you mainly need static ads in every size, paste a product URL into the studio at the top of this page and compare the output, then read the full Creatopy alternative comparison or see AdsCreator pricing.
