Bannerflow pricing is not published. Bannerflow's own FAQ says it offers customized pricing based on the features you need, and its standard terms of service describe four charges: a set-up fee, a monthly license fee paid a year in advance, a variable fee invoiced after ads are published, and service charges. The first term is one year, and it rolls on automatically unless you terminate in writing at least three months before it ends. Third-party site ITQlick estimates Bannerflow typically starts around $10,000 a year, which is its estimate, not a Bannerflow figure.

This is for a US marketing lead, ecommerce manager or agency owner who has Bannerflow on a shortlist, has a quote on the desk, or is coming up to a renewal and wants to know what is actually being paid for. Everything below comes from Bannerflow's demo page FAQ and its terms of service page, both read on October 14, 2026, plus one clearly labeled third-party estimate. If most of what you make is static social and search ads, the last sections compare it with a Bannerflow alternative with listed prices.

Does Bannerflow publish its pricing?

No. The Bannerflow website has no pricing page: the bannerflow.com/pricing address returns a 404, and every call to action leads to "Request a demo". Its FAQ answers the price question in one sentence: "We offer customized pricing based on the features you need to be successful." G2 and Software Advice both list pricing as available on request.

That is normal for enterprise creative management platforms. Celtra, Smartly, Storyteq and Cape.io do not publish rate cards either; Storyteq's terms are broken down in Storyteq pricing and what a Storyteq contract costs. Creatopy, now The Brief, is the exception in this group: it lists Pro, Ultra and Team prices, which we broke down in Creatopy pricing and The Brief plans.

What a Bannerflow contract charges for

The terms of service on Bannerflow's website say Bannerflow is entitled to four kinds of fees, "unless otherwise is agreed, according to Bannerflow's price list applicable from time to time". That price list is not public, but the structure is, and it tells you what to ask for in a quote.

FeeWhen it is dueWhat to ask
Set-up feeOn the agreed delivery date, or when you start using the platformIs it waived on a multi-year deal? Does it include onboarding and template building?
Monthly license feePaid annually in advance against invoice, due within 20 daysHow many brand accounts and users does it cover? What raises it?
Variable feeInvoiced monthly, the calendar month after ads are publishedWhat is it measured on (impressions served, published ads, channels) and at what rate?
Service chargesInvoiced monthly after support is performed, where they applyWhich support is included and which is billed by the hour?

Two lines in the terms matter for budgeting. Amounts are stated exclusive of VAT and other charges, which a US buyer should read as "check whether sales tax is added". And late payment carries penalty interest of 12 percent a year, or the highest legal rate if that is higher.

The license itself is granted "for agreed number of brand accounts", so the number of brands, markets or clients you plan to run is one of the things that sets the price. The variable fee means the bill can move after you sign, depending on how much you publish through the platform.

How much does Bannerflow cost per year?

There is no official figure. The only number in circulation comes from ITQlick, a pricing research site, which says Bannerflow suits buyers with a moderate to large marketing budget, "typically starting around $10,000 annually". It presents that as its own estimate from custom pricing, and Bannerflow has not confirmed it. Treat it as a floor to test in the first sales call, not a price to budget.

Some aggregator pages print per-user tiers for Bannerflow. We could not trace any of them to Bannerflow, so we do not repeat them here. If a page lists Bannerflow plans with names and monthly per-seat prices, it is either a model or out of date.

Bannerflow contract term, renewal and notice period

This is the part of Bannerflow pricing that decides what you really commit to, and it is in the public terms.

  • One year first term. The right to use the platform runs for an initial period of one year from the agreed delivery date, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Three months notice to leave at the end of it. Unless terminated in writing at least three months before the expiry date, the agreement extends automatically.
  • Then six months notice. After the first term, the agreement runs for an indefinite period, and either party can end it with six months written notice.
  • Your content comes back on request. For up to three months after termination, Bannerflow returns a copy of the content you uploaded, without extra charge, if you ask in writing.
  • Swedish law. The terms are governed by Swedish law, with disputes settled by arbitration at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

Put together: if you sign on 1 March and miss the written notice by 1 December, the contract no longer ends on 28 February. It rolls on, and from then on you need to give six months notice. Negotiated order forms can change every one of these terms, so the first thing to check in a quote is whether it keeps the standard ones.

Because the license fee is invoiced a year in advance with 20 day payment terms, the invoice usually lands in accounts payable before anyone in marketing sees it. If your finance team runs vendor bills through accounts payable automation software that captures invoice terms, ask them to record the renewal and the three month notice date against the Bannerflow vendor, so the window is flagged before the next annual invoice arrives.

Questions to ask before you sign a Bannerflow quote

  1. What is the set-up fee, and what does it buy? Templates, onboarding sessions and integrations are sometimes inside it and sometimes billed as services.
  2. How is the variable fee measured? Get the unit and the rate in writing, plus an estimate for your planned volume.
  3. How many brand accounts and users are included? Adding a market or a client later is where the license usually grows.
  4. Which integrations are in the price? Bannerflow connects to more than 100 ad platforms, including CM360, DV360, Google Ad Manager and The Trade Desk. Confirm the ones you need are included.
  5. Do the standard term and notice periods apply? Ask for a 30 or 60 day notice window, or a fixed end date with no automatic extension.
  6. Is there a price cap at renewal? The terms refer to a price list "applicable from time to time", so a cap must be written into the order form.

Does Bannerflow have a free trial?

Not a self-serve one. The Bannerflow site offers a discovery call, then a full product demo with a personalized showcase campaign, and a 60 second overview video for people not ready to book. Some review sites show a free trial label, but nothing on Bannerflow's own site offers one. Agencies have a separate path: Bannerflow says it offers simpler licensing that can cover several smaller clients for full-service agencies, but it does not sell licenses directly to creative agencies.

Is Bannerflow worth the price?

It is worth it for the buyer Bannerflow describes: a company running multi-channel campaigns with an in-house team that needs a wide range of creative. If you run programmatic display in several markets and languages, need HTML5, rich media and video, publish through CM360 or The Trade Desk and update live creative without re-trafficking, one platform replacing a design team's manual resizing is worth five figures a year.

It is poor value when most of the output is static ads for Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn and nobody on the team designs in the studio. Then you are paying a set-up fee, a year of license in advance and usage fees for work a much smaller tool does.

Bannerflow pricing next to tools with listed prices

ToolPublished priceCommitmentWhat you get
BannerflowNone, custom quoteOne year, 3 months written notice, then 6 monthsHTML5, video and static studio, feeds, localization, publishing, ad serving integrations
The Brief (formerly Creatopy) Ultra$79 a month billed annually, $99 monthlyMonthly or annual, 45 days notice on business plansEditor, animation, HTML5, publishing to Meta and Google Ads, ad serving
AdsCreator Starter$24 a month billed yearly, $49 monthlyMonthly or yearly, renews until you cancel12 ad generations a month, each with copy, on-brand images and every placement size
AdsCreator Agency$249 a month billed yearly, $499 monthlyMonthly or yearly, renews until you cancel72 ad generations a month, unlimited brand kits, seats and roles

The tools do different jobs. AdsCreator turns a product URL into ad copy, on-brand images and every size for Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn. It makes static images and copy only, with no HTML5, animation, video or ad serving, so it does not replace Bannerflow for programmatic display. For teams whose work is mostly static paid social, it replaces the part of the contract they actually use.

The short version

Bannerflow pricing is a custom quote with up to four fee types: set-up, a license paid a year in advance, a variable fee after ads are published, and services. The first term is a year, it rolls on unless you give written notice three months before the end, and after that leaving takes six months. The one public estimate, from ITQlick, puts the starting point around $10,000 a year. If your output is mostly static ads, paste a product URL into the studio at the top of this page, compare the set with your current creative, then read the full Bannerflow alternatives comparison or see AdsCreator pricing.
