Madgicx pricing is set by your monthly ad spend. The pricing page has one main plan, Madgicx Pro Complete with AI, asks which of seven spend bands you are in, from less than $1K to $30K and up, and then shows the price inside the app rather than on the page. Billing is monthly, quarterly or annual, paid in advance, Tracking Pro costs $49 a month per connected ad account, and the Terms of Service say amounts paid are non-refundable.

This is for a US e-commerce founder, marketing lead or agency owner who is about to start the Madgicx trial, is already in it, or is looking at a renewal and wants to know what the bill is built on. Everything below comes from the Madgicx pricing page and its Terms of Service (last updated November 18, 2024), read on October 24, 2026. Where Madgicx does not publish something, this page says so and tells you where the number comes from instead of presenting a guess as a price.

How much does Madgicx cost per month?

Madgicx does not show a dollar figure for its main plan on the public pricing page. The plan card for Pro Complete with AI reads "See price inside the app", and the page asks one question first: "What's your monthly ad spend (USD)?" You pick a band, choose monthly, quarterly or annual billing, and see your price after you sign up and connect an ad account. The only fixed dollar amount printed on the page is the Tracking Pro add-on at $49 a month.

Because the main price is hidden, the figures you find in search results are captures from third parties. A pricing tracker, PricingSaaS, recorded these monthly prices for Pro Complete on June 19, 2026:

Monthly ad spend bandPrice captured June 19, 2026
Less than $1K$32 a month
$1K to $2.5K$69 a month
$2.5K to $5K$83 a month
$5K to $10K$90 a month
$10K to $20K$160 a month
$20K to $30K and $30K and upNot captured

The same tracker logged the plan moving from $58 to $99 a month billed annually in January 2026, with the annual saving shown on the page changing from 20 percent to 30 percent, and then a cut to $45 a month in April 2026. Those are the right shape but not a quote. The price changed at least three times in a year and none of these numbers is printed by Madgicx, so treat the in-app figure for your band as the only real one.

What are the Madgicx ad spend bands?

The selector on the pricing page has seven bands: less than $1K, $1K to $2.5K, $2.5K to $5K, $5K to $10K, $10K to $20K, $20K to $30K, and $30K and up a month. The tool price climbs with the band, which makes sense for a product whose main job is managing your Meta spend. It also means the bill for your software moves with the bill for your media. A brand that spends $4K in a normal month and $12K in November can land two bands higher during the quarter it can least afford surprises.

The definition behind the bands matters more than the bands. The Terms of Service define Ad Spend as "the total of all amounts included in all of Customer's Ad Accounts, regardless of actual utilization or spend of such amounts." Read literally, the measure is the accounts you connect, not the campaigns you run through Madgicx. If you connect a large account to test one product line, check which band the app puts you in before the trial ends.

What does the Madgicx plan include?

Pro Complete with AI is described as covering automation, targeting, analytics and ad management. In practice that is the AI Marketer, which recommends and applies budget, bid, audience and creative changes on Meta; automation rules; creative insights that tag which elements of your ads perform; an ad library; an ads launcher that pushes ads into Ads Manager; an AI ad generator; and One-Click Report dashboards that read Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo and TikTok. The 7 day trial includes up to 5 One-Click Report dashboards.

Add-ons sit on top. Tracking Pro, the server-side tracking and enhanced conversions product, is $49 a month for each connected account, with the same quarterly and annual discount as the main plan. The terms also list Madgicx Cloud Tracking, One Click Reports, Consultation and Implementation as add-ons. The managed service, The Agency by Madgicx, is billed differently again: a management fee monthly or quarterly plus a separate Media Spend Fee billed at the end of each month.

Does Madgicx have a free trial?

Yes, 7 days with access to everything. The terms add three rules worth knowing before you start. The trial applies once per master account. If you do not buy a subscription before it ends, the data in your trial may be permanently deleted. And no refund or compensation is given for a trial. The pricing page also offers a trial extension if you saw no results, which is worth asking for before the first charge rather than after it.

Can you get a refund from Madgicx?

Usually not. Section 7 of the Terms of Service says "all payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable", and that fees are due in advance for the whole term. Section 9 says you can stop renewal at any time from the platform settings page, but there is no refund of prepaid or unused fees. Where a refund does apply under the terms, it is defined as a return of payment minus a 5 percent transaction charge.

Three other billing rules come from the same section. A billing dispute has to be raised in writing within 15 days of the charge. Overdue amounts can carry a late charge of 1 percent a month or the legal maximum, whichever is lower. And a card chargeback "will be reversed and declined". The terms are governed by Israeli law, with disputes heard in Tel Aviv-Jaffa. None of this is unusual for SaaS, but it means the time to decide is before a quarterly or annual charge, not after it.

Is Madgicx worth the money?

It depends on which part you use. If you spend steadily on Meta and open Madgicx every week for automation rules, the AI Marketer, fatigue alerts and client reports, the plan replaces hours of Ads Manager work and a band price in the tens or low hundreds of dollars is easy to justify. If you mostly use it to generate ad creative and then run the campaigns yourself, you are paying a spend-linked price for a media suite to get one module. Before you buy more traffic at a higher band, it is also worth checking how much of the traffic you already pay for leaves at checkout; a store can recover abandoned carts with automated follow-ups for a lot less than the next spend band costs.

For the creative job on its own, a Madgicx alternative built for ad creative is the better fit. AdsCreator turns a product URL into headlines, primary text and on-brand images sized for Meta Feed, Stories and Reels, Google display and Performance Max, TikTok and LinkedIn, with variants to A/B test. Plans are listed on the pricing page, from $49 a month or $24 a month billed yearly, with a stated number of generations, and the price does not move with your ad spend. Stores with large catalogs can see how it handles product sets on the ads for e-commerce page.

Questions to ask before your Madgicx trial converts

  • Which spend band does the app put me in, and what is the price for that band on monthly, quarterly and annual billing?
  • Which ad accounts are connected, and do any of them inflate the band?
  • Do I need Tracking Pro, and on how many accounts at $49 each?
  • What date does the trial convert, and is a trial extension available if I have not seen results?
  • If my spend jumps in Q4, when does the higher band start to apply?
  • Which features do I actually use each week: automation and reporting, or mainly the ad generator?
