Celtra pricing is not published. Celtra's pricing page says it does not offer rigid tiers or standard rate cards and builds every customer a bespoke package, quoted after a meeting with its sales team. The quote is built from four things: the platform (Creative Automation, Creative Enablement or both), the scale of your team and creative output, serving fees based on impressions and video starts if Celtra serves your ads, and add-ons such as Dynamic Product Ads and predictive AI. Support, onboarding and a success manager are included in every contract.
This is for a US brand marketing lead, performance marketer or agency owner who has Celtra on a shortlist, has a quote on the desk, or is coming up to a renewal and wants to know what is actually being paid for. Everything below comes from Celtra's own pricing, product and company pages, read on October 19, 2026, plus what the software directories show. Where Celtra does not say something, this page says so instead of guessing.
Does Celtra publish its pricing?
No. Celtra has a pricing page, but it has no prices on it. The headline promises "flexible Celtra pricing tailored to your needs", and the first line explains the position: "We don't believe in rigid tiers or cookie-cutter plans." The only call to action is "Get a quote", and the page ends by asking you to book a meeting to receive a custom quote. Its own FAQ answers "How much does Celtra cost?" by saying Celtra provides custom pricing instead of standard rate cards, so you pay only for the scale and features you need.
That is standard for enterprise creative platforms. Bannerflow and Storyteq do not publish rate cards either; we went through what their contracts say in Bannerflow pricing and what a Bannerflow contract costs and Storyteq pricing and what a Storyteq contract costs. The difference with Celtra is that its page is unusually clear about what the quote is made of, even though it never shows a number.
The four drivers of a Celtra quote
The pricing page lists four headings under "Pricing depends on your use case". Each one is a line on the quote you will get, and each has a question worth asking before you sign.
| Driver | What Celtra says it covers | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Platform | Creative Automation or Creative Enablement, depending on your needs. Many brands run both under a single agreement; media owners usually take Creative Enablement. | Do we need both, or does one platform cover the work we ship each month? |
| Scale | The plan flexes with the size of your team and the volume of creative you produce and distribute. | How many seats and how much creative output does the quote assume, and what does the next step up cost? |
| Serving | If Celtra serves your ads, pricing is based on the number of impressions and video starts your campaigns deliver. | What is the unit price per thousand impressions and per thousand video starts, and how is usage above the estimate billed? |
| Add-ons | Dynamic Product Ads, predictive AI, custom API integrations and Creative Services. | Which add-ons are in the base quote, and which are optional lines we can drop? |
The serving line is the one that changes the shape of the bill. Seat and volume pricing is a fixed number you can budget for. Impression and video start pricing moves with your media plan, so a quarter with heavy CTV or video spend costs more on the Celtra side as well as on the media side. If you already serve through Campaign Manager 360 or a DSP and only need Celtra for production, say so early, because the serving line may not belong on your quote at all.
What every Celtra contract includes
Celtra says all contracts include its support services at no extra cost, whatever the plan. The page names three:
- Customer success. A dedicated partnership with a success manager, who is also the person you call when your volume changes mid-year.
- Onboarding and training. Training meant to take a team from beginner to expert on the platform.
- 24/5 technical support. Troubleshooting five days a week, around the clock. Weekend coverage is not part of that promise, which matters if you launch campaigns on Saturdays.
Creative Services, Celtra's own production and consulting team, is not in that list. It sits under add-ons, so if you expect Celtra people to build templates or adapt campaigns for you, get that scoped and priced on the quote.
Does Celtra offer volume or multi-year discounts?
Yes. The FAQ says larger commitments bring better unit economics, whether you add seats on Creative Automation or impression volume on Creative Enablement, and that multi-year agreements "can further improve pricing". That is the normal enterprise trade: a lower unit price in exchange for a bigger and longer commitment.
The catch is that Celtra does not publish its contract terms, so the length of the term, the renewal mechanics and the notice period are whatever your agreement says. A discount bought with a three year term is only a saving if you are sure you will still need the platform in year three. For changes in between, Celtra's answer is to talk to your Customer Success Manager about adjusting the plan, which is a negotiation rather than a self-serve setting.
Large contracts like this tend to auto-renew quietly inside big organizations, because the person who signed has moved on and nobody owns the date. If your company already runs software spend tracking that flags renewals before they auto-renew, put the Celtra end date and notice deadline in it on the day you sign.
How much does Celtra cost per year?
There is no official figure, and unlike Storyteq there is not even a consistent directory number. Capterra's main US listing shows the starting price as "Contact vendor". Several regional Capterra and GetApp mirrors show a starting price of $0.00 per user, which is a placeholder, not a real plan; the same listings say to contact the vendor for details. Capterra pages also disagree with each other on whether a free version exists. OMR, the German review site, says Celtra does not disclose pricing.
The only hard number in circulation is not Celtra's at all. Alma Media, a Finnish publisher, lists an extra charge of 2 euros per thousand impressions, gross, plus production costs, for campaigns that use Celtra formats on its sites. That is a publisher's surcharge to advertisers, and it says nothing about what Celtra charges its own customers. Treat any annual figure you see quoted for Celtra without a source as a guess.
Who Celtra is priced for
Celtra's about page describes the customer base in its own numbers: more than 450 enterprise-level customers, more than 20 million ads created and more than 104 billion impressions delivered a year. It has been Unilever's global creative automation partner since 2017, launched the Creative Automation platform in 2020, was majority acquired by STG in 2021 and added AI across its products in 2023. The product pages name Nike, Wolt, On and TripAdvisor.
That tells you who the bespoke pricing is designed around: global brands producing campaigns for many markets, and media owners selling premium rich media and video ad products. The more of those jobs you have, the more of the quote you use.
Is Celtra pricing per user?
Partly. The scale line flexes with team size, and the volume discount FAQ talks about increasing your seat count for Creative Automation, so seats are part of the quote on that platform. Creative Enablement scales mainly with impression volume instead. In practice a Celtra quote is a blend: seats and creative volume for production, impressions and video starts for serving, and add-ons on top.
Does Celtra have a free trial?
Not a public one. Every route on Celtra's site leads to a booked demo and then a custom quote. The directory listings that mention a free version contradict each other, and the $0.00 prices are placeholders. Plan on a demo, a scoping call and a contract before anyone on your team makes an ad in it.
Questions to ask before you sign a Celtra quote
- Which platform, and do we need both? If you only produce static and social creative, ask whether Creative Automation alone covers it.
- How many seats and how much creative volume does the price assume? Get the next tier up priced now, while you are still negotiating.
- What is the impression and video start rate, and how is overage billed? Ask for a cap or a true-up schedule rather than open-ended usage billing.
- Which add-ons are in the base? Dynamic Product Ads, predictive AI, custom API work and Creative Services can each be a separate line.
- What is the term, how does it renew and what notice ends it? Celtra does not publish standard terms, so get all three in the order form.
- What happens if our volume drops mid-year? Ask whether the plan can go down as well as up, and on what notice.
Celtra pricing next to tools with listed prices
| Tool | Published price | How the bill is built | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Celtra | None, custom quote | Platform, seats and creative volume, impressions and video starts if served, add-ons | Creative automation, rich media and video up to CTV, ad serving, catalog ads, 100+ integrations |
| Storyteq | None, price on application | One-off implementation charge plus a yearly license by user tier; one year term renewing unless 30 days notice | DAM, briefs and approvals, creative automation for video, print and digital |
| Bannerflow | None, custom quote | Year paid upfront, 3 months notice to leave | HTML5, video and static studio, feeds, publishing and ad serving integrations |
| The Brief (formerly Creatopy) | Pro $39 a month or $29 billed yearly; Team $59 a seat or $49 yearly; Ultra $99 or $79 yearly | Listed plans; business plans need 45 days notice before term end | Self-serve design and automation, ad serving and publishing on higher plans |
| AdsCreator | Starter $49 a month or $24 billed yearly; Growth $99, Studio $239, Agency $499 | One flat plan fee with 12, 14, 34 or 72 generations a month; cancel any time | Ad copy, on-brand images and every placement size from a product URL |
The tools do different jobs, so read the last column before the second one. AdsCreator makes static images and copy only. It has no rich media, HTML5 or video, no ad serving and no catalog feed, so it does not replace Celtra for a team that needs those. What it does replace is the slice of a Celtra contract that goes on static paid social and display ads for one market. If that slice is most of your output, our Celtra alternatives for static ad creative page compares the two line by line, and the best creative management platforms guide covers the rest of the category, including The Brief's listed prices.
When a listed-price tool is enough
A self-serve tool is enough when three things are true: your ads are static, you serve them through Meta and Google Ads yourself, and you work in one market or a handful. Then the custom quote is paying for serving, modular multi-market production and integrations you will not touch. The creative management platform page sets out where the line sits.
If that describes your team, try it before you book the demo. Paste a product page into AdsCreator and you get headlines, primary text and on-brand images in every size for Meta Feed, Stories and Reels, Google display and Performance Max, TikTok and LinkedIn, on a plan whose price is on the pricing page.
Celtra pricing questions
How much does Celtra cost?
Celtra does not publish prices. Every customer gets a custom quote built from the platform they choose, the size of the team and the volume of creative, serving fees by impressions and video starts if Celtra serves the ads, and add-ons such as Dynamic Product Ads. Support, onboarding and a success manager are included in every contract.
Does Celtra have a free trial?
Celtra does not offer a public self-serve free trial. Its website sends buyers to a booked demo and then a custom quote. Directory listings that show a free version or a $0.00 starting price conflict with each other and are placeholders, so expect a demo and a contract before your team can make ads in it.
Does Celtra offer volume discounts?
Yes. Celtra's pricing FAQ says larger commitments, more seats on Creative Automation or more impression volume on Creative Enablement, bring better unit economics, and multi-year agreements can lower pricing further. Because Celtra does not publish its contract terms, check the term length and renewal notice behind any discount before you accept it.
Is Celtra pricing per user?
Only partly. Seat count is one input on Creative Automation, where the plan flexes with team size and creative volume. Creative Enablement scales mostly with impressions and video starts served. A typical quote blends seats, creative volume, serving usage and add-ons, so it is neither a simple per-user price nor a flat fee.
